This book wasn’t good, it was just mind-blowing!!! I was very surprised and totally taken by surprise!
Despite a heavy and tough subject, the author succeeded to lighten the mood! I laugh, I smile a lot, sometimes Charlie's situation made my heart hurts but I was totally swooning over Gabriel/T-Rex 's body : hot and handsome rugbyman turned brilliant successive CEO who couldn't be in love with that man! And Charlie, bad ass girl! Anyway, Nalini Singh got me at : "Charlie-mouse Meets T-Rex… and Things Happen"! I knew I was gonna love it!

Charlotte was the woman who was hiding, trying to be invisible. She’s a little mouse, loving being in her bubble, away from people. She used to her routine and not being noticed. She ’s got at her job, but some people took advantage of her. Smart, quirky, funny, she hide a hot tempered character behind her shyness.

She wasn’t searching for being noticed but when her boss caught her working on a week end, the little mouse was trapped. Gabriel, never used to be rejected by women, didn’t know how to get Charlie. But as a very smart businessman, he utilized his skills as a great negotiator to have her.
His intensity could scared her, built as a rugby god , he was kind of impressive and intimidating.

The plan was settled in his mind and he was enduring a long an thrilling wait for getting her and it was very enjoyable, with a lot of very sexy and damn hot moments.
Even after Charlotte went through, Gabriel was patient and was having fun to wake the tiger hiding inside!
The little could definitely bite, surprising and amazed him.
Working together was king of confusing for her because Gabriel was such a perfectionist and kind of found his match with her, because she definitely rocked in her job!
Reading how she evolved and opened up to him was a pure blast and I loved how she came out from her shell!

I Just loved it, and Nalini Singh nailed it! Reading their story was so much fun, sweet and sinfully sexy!!Highly recommended!
